1、设计总说明设计总说明矿区本设计包括两个部分:一般部分和专题部分。一般部分为林南仓五矿150万吨新井设计,全篇共分为十个部分:矿井概述及井田地质特征、井田境界及储量、矿井工作制度和设计生产能力、井田开拓、采区巷道布置、采煤方法、井下运输、矿井提升、矿井通风与安全和矿井主要经济技术指标。林南仓五矿位于河北省玉田县林南仓附近。矿井东西长约为5km,南北宽约为3.6km,面积为15.6km2。井田内的可采煤层为11煤、12煤,其中主采为11煤,该煤层赋存稳定,平均厚度3.61m。倾角平均为17°,首采煤层倾角为17°,为近水平煤层。井田内工业储量189.552Mt,可采储量1
2、44.876Mt。矿井平均涌水量为9.97m3/h,相对瓦斯涌出量2.915m3/t,属于低瓦斯矿井,煤层没有爆炸危险性,无自然发火现象。林南仓五矿年设计生产能力150万t/a,服务年限68年。采用立井两水平开拓,第一水平标高-620m,第二水平标高-850m。矿井采用倾斜长壁采煤法。矿井布置一个综采工作面保证全矿井的产量,长度200m,煤的运输采用皮带运输。矿井通风方式采用中央分列式通风。专题部分为大倾角煤层回采巷道快速掘进与锚杆支护技术。关键词:井田开拓;采煤方式;运输提升;通风安全;综合机械化设计总说明GraduationGeneralInformationMi
