1、鄂尔多斯文化产业投资环境现状及趋势分析摘要文化产业的发展水平已成为社会经济发展水平的重要标志，在我国社会主义市场经济的新形势下,文化产业逐步发展成为我国国民经济的新兴产业,是经济发展到一定高度人们精神需要的产物,极其具有潜力的“朝阳产业”,是国民经济重要的增长点和新型的支柱产业,有利于促进公益性文化事业发展的重要手段和有效途径。文化产业的重要性随着经济的发展体现的越来越明显。在党的十六大报告中提出了发展文化产业的重要思想,党的十七届六中全会更是把文化发展提到了前所未有的高度,十七届六中全会《决定》的出台,对
