1、等离子切割机产品设计　　等离子切割机产品设计　　摘要：随着工业自动化发展水平的不断提高，切割机在工业生产中的地位显得越来越重要，在工业领域方面的应用日益广泛。而现代机械加工业的迅速发展，对切割的质量、精度要求也在不断提高，对提高生产效率、降低生产成本、具有高智能化的自动切割功能的要求也在逐步提升。数控切割机的发展必须要适应现代机械加工业发展的要求，才能创造更大的效益。切割机分为火焰切割机、等离子切割机、激光切割机、水切割等。激光切割机的效率最快，切割精度最高，切割厚度一般较小。等离子切割机切割速度也很快，但切割面有一定的斜度。火焰切割机通常针对

2、于厚度较大的碳钢材质。在应用范围方面，切割机应用领域有非金属和金属行业,一般来说,在非金属行业领域方面分的比较细致,比如切割石材的石材切割机,水切割机,锯齿切割机,化纤制品用的激光切割机,切割金属材料的通常有火焰切割机,等离子切割机,火焰切割机里面又可以分成数控切割机,和手动的两个大类。　　等离子切割机的优点在于等离子弧能量更集中、温度更高、切割速度较快、变形小，还可切割不锈钢、铝等。等离子切割的不足之处在于弧光强、噪音大、对环境有一定的污染，另外，切割厚度也有一定的限制。　　关键词：等离子切割机；精度；智能化；优点　　Plasmacuttin
