1、毕业设计说明书邯郸市地勘局第二地质大队钻探设备研发中心工程量清单及投标书学院（系）：河北工程大学土木工程学院姓名:专业班级：土木学号：指导老师：摘要本次毕业设计为单层结构厂房的工程量清单，技术标及商务标三个部分。建筑面积4169m2，长75.83X53.98m，檐口高度11.8m。总跨度54m，柱距7.5m，三连跨每跨18m总长度75m。结构的安全等级为二级，耐火类别为戊类，耐火等级为二级，建筑物抗震设防烈度为7度。工程量清单的编制依据《建筑工程工程量清单计价规范》(GB50500-2013)和设计图纸及01系列建筑标准设计图集01J925-1；商务标依据《河北省消耗量定额工程量计算规则汇编》

2、（GB50500-2012）中的各项说明、工程量计算规则和施工方案进行了计价工程量的统计，套用了《全国统一建筑工程基础定额河北省消耗量定额》(HEBGYD-A-2012)等。其核心部分是工程量的计算以《建设工程计量与计价》、《工程量清单计价与规则》为依据.技术标主要依据《建筑施工手册》(第五版)、施工图纸等。计划于2015年9月1日开工，工期为三个月。通过本次毕业设计，了解到工程量清单的编制以及施工过程中的细节问题。关键词：工程量清单技术标商务标AbstractThisgraduationdesignforsinglestructureworkshopengineeringquantityli
