1、失业保险现状分析及对策的综述班级：公共事业管理1101B姓名：苗雪玲学号：1128120141摘要：失业保险是国家和社会为保证参保劳动者由于超出其本人所控制的各种社会、经济原因造成的事业，在待业期间给予的一种多方面的物质帮助制度。但在运行过程中出现了企业参保认识不足；失业保险法律制度实施细则不完善；执行力度不够、手段单一；失业保险的覆盖面有限；失业保险基金使用不规范、来源单一、费率平均化；失业保险缺乏完善的监督管理机制，配置效率低下；相关失业保险的政策的宣传力度不够等问题，这将直接影响失业保险保障作用的发挥，因此，进一步完善失业保险制度迫在眉睫。拟在我国失业保险制度实施过程中遇到的问题和挑
