2、理体系认证项目协商一致，签订本合同。Inlightoftheprovisionsofthe"ContractLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChina",thetwopartiesofthiscontracthavereachedunanimitythroughconsultationandenteredintoagreementonthecertificationproject.一、内容和要求Contentsandrequirements:1.总则General乙方为甲方提供第三方能源管理体系认证/注册服务，按照约定的要求审核通过后对甲方的能源管理体系

3、进行注册发证；甲方为乙方的认证/审核活动提供必要的信息和设施。PartyBwillprovidethird-partyenergymanagementsystemcertification/registrationservicestoPartyA,andissuecertificationcertificateafterPartyBpassingtheauditinaccordancewiththepromissoryrequirements.PartyAwillprovidenecessaryinformationandfacilitiesforcertification

4、/auditactivitiestoPartyB.2.甲方申请认证领域及依据的管理体系标准：CertificationfieldsappliedforbyPartyAandpursuantManagementSystemStandards□能源管理体系认证EnergyManagementSystemCertification□GB/T23331-2009□其它Others其他要求Otherrequirements：3.甲方能源管理体系覆盖范围（含主要的产能、供能、用能场所）。[临时现场，流动场所另行提供详细清单]。Thescopeofenergymanagementsyst

5、emofPartyA(includingthemainenergyofenergyoutput,supplyandconsumptionlocations)[Detaillistfortemporarylocationsandflowlocationsshouldbeprovided].地点分别位于Theyarerespectivelylocatedat：4.认证需经过下列程序Certificationflow：a.第一阶段审核（含体系文件审核和一阶段现场审核）；Auditofstage1(includingsystemdocumentreviewandonsiteaudi

6、tinstage1)b.第二阶段审核（二阶段现场审核）Auditofstage2(onsiteauditinstage2；c.批准注册，颁发认证证书Approvalforregistrationandissuanceofcertification7certificate；d.证书有效期两年。在两年有效期内每年进行不低于四次监督审核，两年到期进行再认证审核。Thevalidperiodofcertificateistwoyears.Intheeffectiveperiod,foursurveillancesshouldbeconductedineveryyear,andrec
