1、电测与仪表ElectricalMeasurement&Instrumentation基于Gamma过程的交流接触器剩余电寿命仿真预测*李奎1,2,李正广1,2,段宇1,2,郑淑梅1,2,刘政君1,2,高志成1,2(1.省部共建电工装备可靠性与智能化国家重点实验室,河北工业大学,天津300130;2.河北省电磁场与电器可靠性重点实验室,河北工业大学,天津300130)摘要:交流接触器在电力系统中担负着开断、控制功能,其运行状态对整个电力系统的安全运行有重要的意义。根据交流接触器的仿真数据建立了Gamma过程模型并进行了剩余寿命预测。首先,通过MATLAB得出三组单触头电弧侵
2、蚀仿真试验数据,并计算出每100次的累积燃弧能量。其次,将累计燃弧侵蚀数据的频率直方图和经验分布函数图分别与Gamma分布密度曲线和累积曲线进行拟合,并做出皮尔逊χ2拟合优度检验,结果证明了Gamma过程可以描述交流接触器的性能退化过程。最后,对仿真数据进行基于Gamma过程模型的剩余寿命预测,并进行误差分析。通过分析,寿命预测结果的相对误差绝大部分是在10%以下,极个别结果在20%以下,可以满足工程上的需要,提高了预测精度。关键词:交流接触器;Gamma过程;累积燃弧侵蚀量;剩余寿命预测中图分类号:TM572.2文献标识码:A文章编号:1001-1390(2018)16
