6、的顾客群体分析李鹏摘要网上银行是传统银行业在信息技术条件下发展的产物，是银行业未来发展的趋势。当前我国的网上银行在规模和质量上都落后于国外发达国家，如何在世界经济一体化和中国金融业2006全面开放的大背景下大力发展中国的网上银行，是一个艰难的课题。本文从对网上银行顾客群体结构和特征的分析入手，加之国际比较，探寻我国网上银行存在的问题以及与国外发达国家的差距，继而有针对性地提出相关营销策略，以期为我国当前网上银行的发展做出一些努力。关键词：网上银行顾客群体营销策略31AnalysisofDifferentCustomerGroupsoftheOnlineBanki
