2、ge.High-temperaturepyrolysisofsewagesludgereceivedwideattentionforitsrapidheating-up,highconversion,hugepotentialasresource,minor-hazardby-products,lowenergycosumptionandsoon,hasbeenregardedasanalternativetechnologyforburning.Takenthesewagesludgeasthemainobject,thisarticle

3、hasstudiednitrogen'sdistributingrulesamongthegas,liquid,solidphaseduringtheprocessofpyrolysis;analysedthespecificexistenceformofnitrogen-containinggaseousproductusingGS-MSandFTIR;analysedthetransformationruleofNH3andHCNusingTG-FTIR,andthenspeculatedtheirwaysofgeneration;st

4、udiedtheinfluenceontheproductionofNH3andHCNbyfinalpyrolysistemperature,microwaveabsorbingmaterial,sludgemoisture,catalyst(Fe)andthethewayofitsaddition.FortheNinthethree-phasedistributionandexistingforminthegaswhenthemicrowavepyrolysisofsewagesludge.Theresultsshowthat:thepe

5、rcentageoftheNinthegasaccountedfortotalNinthesludgeincreaseswiththethefinaltemperature,whilethepercentageofNintheoilandsolidresiduescorrespondinglyreduceasfinaltemperaturerising.UsingGC-MSandFTIRtechnologyanalysis:thenitrogen-containinggasobtainedfromhigh-temperaturepyroly

6、sisofsewagesludgemainlyintheformofNH3,HCN,andN2,alsoasmallamountofHNCO,anddidn’tdetectanyNOX.UsingTG-FTIRcombinedtechniqueontheNH3andHCNobtainedfromhigh-temperaturepyrolysisofsewagesludgeandthenanalysisthelawoftheirgeneration.Theresultsshowthat:whenthemicrowavepyrolysisofs

7、ewagesludge,NH3andHCNarefromthethermaldecompositionofproteinandnitrogenheterocyclicaromaticringmaterial.Inaddition,NH3alsocomesfromtheheatedsludgeadsorptionofvolatileammoniumsalt.Theresultsshowedthat:NH3andHCNproductionofboththetransientincreasewithtemperaturefirstandthend
