1、关于桂春路船闸～邕江出水口段上下游水位高差情况的说明2013年5月30日13：40左右开始下大雨，15分钟以后，竹排冲河道水位急剧上涨。直到14：20左右涨到最高水位。其中越秀桥水位高69.18m，Z2+600处69.00m,锦春桥68.5m,青山桥68.0m，7号桥66.0m，邕江出水口65.38m。此次洪水本标段水位高差起讫点高差3.6m,本标段内共有4道过河围堰，1号围堰高差0.3m,青山桥高差0.5m，2号围堰高差0.5m,3号围堰高差0.8m,4号围堰高差1.5m。此次洪水上涨速度很快，下大雨后40分钟洪水涨到最高水位，项目部全体人员立即启动
2、应急预案。20分钟左右后，项目部挖机到达现场进行围堰挖除。挖除后1号围堰处水位高差为0.1m,2号围堰处水位高差为0.3m,3号围堰处水位高差为0.4m,4号围堰高差处水位高差为1.0m。根据现场实际情况分析，过河围堰挖除后仍然存在水位差，主要原因为其中原河道过于狭窄上下游存在水位差1.0米；施工过程影响０.８米；7号桥以下，河道基本是维持原貌，300米河道水位存在0.5米的高差。istheTibetanPlateaupoly.Centercityonlyapopulationofoveronemillion.Xiningislocatedinthe"
