1、彭镇城乡环境综合治理简报第5期双流县彭镇城管执法队二○一一年四月二十一日治理流动摊贩构建和谐乡镇为进一步推进城乡环境综合治理，打造整洁、优美的人居环境。4月20日上午，由镇城管执法队队长刘福益同志带队，出动执法车2台，城管协管员10名，对彭镇大众饭店外的锅魁摊点、水厂路的小吃摊点、水果摊点以及彭镇各大学校周边、彭镇商业街、彭镇柑梓场镇等流动摊贩较集中的区域开展了专项整治行动。在整治过程中，我们的执法队员都采取步行执法的方式，逐一对各个流动摊贩进行劝导管理，对占道经营的当事人进行批评教育，对情节严重

2、的当事人进行了处罚，并重点对学校周边的水果摊贩占道经营、随意丢弃果皮，影响市容秩序和环境卫生的行为进行了查处。共暂扣流动摊车2辆，教育处罚10人/次。此次综合整治行动，有效地改善了彭镇两个场镇及学校周边市容秩序和环境卫生状况，并取得了较好的整治成果。he"governingforthepeople","Nomattertheinterestsofthemasses"conceptunderstandingisnotinplace.Thespecificworktreatswiththedeploy
