1、基于影像测量仪的大尺寸零件高精度测量方法研究郝小波(陕西理工学院机械工程学院测控技术与仪器专业11级04班,陕西汉中723000)指导教师:景敏[摘要]尺寸的精密测量在制造业中有着重要的作用和意义,它是衡量与保证加工制造质量的一个重要环节。对于大尺寸零件来说,作为接触式与非接触式测量的代表,三坐标测量机与激光位移传感器/激光干涉仪是经常使用的测量工具,然而前者效率低下、使用复杂,后者则成本高昂。影像测量是从计算机视觉的概念和方法出发,将计算机视觉应用于空间几何尺寸的精确测量和定位,但是它的不足之处在于只能对视场
2、内的单幅小视场图像进行测量,测量范围受到视场的制约。本课题提出利用图像拼接技术解决影像法测量大尺寸零件精度不高的问题。本课题从大尺寸零件的特征出发,研究了大尺寸零件接触测量与非接触测量的特点,提出应用图像拼接技术再现大尺寸零件。本课题主要用到全自动摄像仪来获取图片,然后利用Harris角点检测法提取特征点,从而进行图拼接、图像融合,最后利用边缘检测的方法获得大尺寸零件的尺寸。[关键词]大尺寸;影像测量仪;高精度;图像拼接;图像融合;Researchonhighaccuracymeasurementmethodo
