3、rovidesformaximumallowablevaluesofpollutionparametersinindustrialwastewaterdischargedintoreceivingfacilities1.2.Subjectsofapplication1.2.1.Thisregulationappliestoindividualsandorganizationscarryingoutactivitiesrelatedtothedischargeofindustrialwastewaterintoreceivingfacilit
4、ies1.2.2.Wastewaterofsomeindustriesandfieldofparticularactivitiesshallberegulatedseparately1.3.InterpretationoftermsInthisregulation,thetermsbelowareconstruedasfollows1.3.1.Industrialwastewatermeanssolutiondischargedfromindustrialmanufacturing,processing,tradingandservicin
5、gpremisesintowastewater-receivingfacilities1.3.2.Kqmeansdischargecoefficient/volumetriccapacityofthereceivingfacilitiescorrespondingtoflowdischargeofriver,stream,spring,canal,channel,streamlet,rilletandvolumetriccapacityofreservoir,lake,pondandswamp1.3.3.Kfdischargecoeffic
