1、“挑战杯”2013河北省大学生课外学术科技作品摘要改革开放以来，随着社会主义市场经济的逐步建立和城市化进程的推进，作为我国城市基层社会结构主体的社区正在发生着深刻的变化。加强党对社区的领导，充分发挥社区党组织的领导核心作用，成为新形势下加强基层党组织建设的一项十分重要的任务。本报告通过对沈阳市社区工作人员党建活动开展情况的调研，以及居民对社区党建工作的看法和意见的调研这样两个方面，从现状描述、数据对比,对社区党建工作进行了分析研究，发现近年来，社区党建工作在增强社区党组织的凝聚力、提高社区工作者的整体素质、树立良好的为人民服务的形象、
2、提高百姓对社区工作的满意度几方面取得了较好的成效；在建立健全社区党建的领导体系和工作机制、改善社区党建的硬件设施等方面，还存在着一些不足。对此，我们结合党的十八大的总体规划要求，联系社区实际提出了一些解决对策。关键词：社区党建工作落实对策建议he"governingforthepeople","Nomattertheinterestsofthemasses"conceptunderstandingisnotinplace.Thespecificworktreatswiththedeployment,afewleadingcadresc
