1、摘要本次毕设结合洛阳钼业集团办公楼工程，掌握BIM相关软件的使用方法，熟悉各个软件之间的衔接和上下游数据之间共享。建立BIM信息集成平台，支持工程数据信息的全面动态管理及共享，将建筑项目信息一体化。将BIM技术从设计、招投标、施工和结算四个阶段应用到项目全生命周期中，并详细记录应用过程，总结BIM技术引入应用前后工程项目管理的差异及其对现存问题的解决方法，分析其应用的意义和价值；并尝试发现各阶段工程项目管理中应用BIM技术的问题与障碍，给出相关措施和建议。关键词BIM（建筑信息模型）；动态管理；招投标
