1、宁波地区民营企业融资风险问题研究———宁波康兴电缆有限公司为例摘要在我国，随着改革开放步伐的迈进，我国民营企业也逐步成为国民经济的重要组成部分，对经济社会全面发展有着极其重要的推进作用。目前，我国民营企业在工农业生产总值中占有重要比例，为社会提供的就业机会越来越多。但由于受家族观念和特殊经营理念等因素的影响，使得民营企业在融资方面存在着各种各样的问题。本文从宁波地区民营企业、融资、融资方式等概念入手分析宁波地区民营企业在融资风险方面存在的问题并针对这些问题进行了分析提出相应的解决方法。针对宁波地区民营企业在融资风险方面存在的问题

2、进行分析，并提出存在这些问题的原因。主要对宁波的民营企业的内部机制、信用担保体系、政府对民营企业的支持度、企业的融资渠道进行剖析。并且对宁波地区民营企业融资风险各个方面存在的问题提出了相应的解决对策。主要通过完善企业自身体制、提高国有银行及金融市场的服务质量、政府制定相应政策以支持完善金融市场体制、拓宽融资渠道等方式方法对存在问题进行改善。关键词：宁波地区；民营企业；融资风险5.1-9,,services,andmakethecitymoreattractive,strengtheningpublictransportinves
