1、圆盘剪切机结构设计摘要圆盘剪切机主要应用于金属冶炼加工行业,用来剪切纵向厚度20~30mm的钢板及薄带钢。但是圆盘剪在使用过程中存在传动系统精度低、径向调整和刀盘侧向调整精度低等问题,为了解决这些问题,借鉴以往的设计和工作经验,我设计了这台圆盘剪切机。此圆盘剪能够和拆卷机、伸直机、辊矫直机、飞剪机一起来完成伸直、切边等一系列的工作,设计思路如下:(1)通过对国内外圆盘剪的调研分析,总结出国内外圆盘剪相关技术的优缺点,确定圆盘剪各机构的布置方式和相关技术参数。同时完成轴向调节结构、径向调节机构和带宽调整机构的设计;(2)计算圆盘剪的剪切力和电机的
