1、论保险合同中的疑义利益解释原则的适用——兼谈对《保险法》第30条的理解和适用学生:饶水兰指导教师:罗蓉摘要保险合同解释中的疑义利益解释原则，又称不利解释原则，系指"在保险单被如此拟制以至可以进行两种解释的情况下，保单用语应当依照最不利于保险人的方式予以解释。"为了保护被保险人或者受益人的利益，各国在长期的保险实践中积累发展了疑义利益解释原则，以求为被保险人或者受益人提供救济。接轨国际保险立法，我国《保险法》第30条亦规定了这一解释原则。虽然该条规定对维护被保险人和受益人的利益具有重要意义，但由于该条规定仅对疑义利益解释原则做出了十分笼统和原则的规定，司法实践中，对于该条规定应如何适用这一问题，
