1、昆明市丑小鸭中学教师学习培训，让教师变得“不一样”2011年8月，由詹大年、杨柳芳创办.有些孩子特别聪明、特别感性、特别善良、特别有才，但他们不适应传统的体制内教育，因而或厌学、或逆反、或冷漠、或逃避......被称为“问题学生”。昆明丑小鸭中学为昆明市“十二五”教育科研课题项目单位，面向全国招收这类孩子，研究“问题学生”的教育因素和解决方案，面向“问题学生”，保护生命，化解情绪，规范行为，发展个性。帮助孩子完成学历教育，还原孩子本来的自己，让孩子自信、从容的步入社会。通过这次教师组织培训教育，使我们的团队变得更加有“爱”和“不一样”的教师团队、让团队更加有智慧和
