1、2014年教职工跳绳比赛活动方案  为丰富教师业余生活，提高教师身体素质，营造“阳光体育，健康快乐”的校园体育氛围，经研究决定，学校将举行2014年“迎国庆”秋季教职工跳绳比赛。营造和谐校园的良好氛围，展现教师良好的精神面貌和自强进取的拼搏精神，现将比赛的有关事项通知如下：一、比赛时间：2014年9月29日二、比赛地点：校操场三、报名时间：2014年9月26日四、比赛项目：    1、单人跳绳   2、团体跳绳（限五人一组）五、分组情况：年级组为单位进行个人赛（小班组、中班组、大班组、一年级组、二年级组、三、四年级组、五、六年级组、）六、竞赛规则：1

2、、单人比赛：限时1分钟，累计计数，有效计数多者名次列前（单摇）；如遇次数相同者，则加时另赛。2、团体跳绳比赛：每组出一队参赛，2人摇绳，5人跳绳，限时3分钟累计计数，有效计数多者名次列前。裁判法令，每队5人同时起跳开始计数，如有1人未跳，不得计数。如遇次数相同者，则加时另赛。七、奖励办法：根据具体组内参加人数奖励分为35周岁已下青年组，35周岁以上中老年组进行奖励istheTibetanPlateaupoly.Centercityonlyapopulationofoveronemillion.Xiningislocatedinthe"Tangfang
