1、河南理工大学本科毕业设计沁和能源集团有限公司端氏煤矿瓦斯抽采系统设计摘要:山西沁和能源端氏煤矿主采3号煤层,年产量1.2Mt,为煤与瓦斯突出矿井,为减少开采过程中瓦斯和解决瓦斯超限的问题,对端氏煤矿采用分源预测法进行了瓦斯涌出量预测,矿井的绝对瓦斯涌出量为160.89m3/min,相对瓦斯涌出量63.70m3/t,按照安监总局〔2011〕163号《煤矿瓦斯抽采达标暂行规定》,必须进行瓦斯抽采。3号煤层煤层透气性系数为13.6022~13.9746m2/MPa·d,钻孔流量衰减系数为0.0229~0.0488d-1,属于容易抽采
2、煤层。根据瓦斯涌出来源及构成分析,设计回采工作面采用顺层平行钻孔进行预抽和边采边抽,掘进面采用先抽后掘和边掘边抽,采用埋管抽采回采工作面采空区及插管法抽采已采采空区瓦斯。并绘制了端氏煤矿的抽放系统图及采掘工作面钻孔平面图,按最长的路线和抽采最困难时期的管网计算了管路阻力,根据抽采能力对抽采管路及抽采泵进行了选型计算,并分别建立了高、低负压抽采系统,制定了抽采安全技术措施。关键词:端氏煤矿瓦斯抽采瓦斯涌出量抽采方法系统选型河南理工大学本科毕业设计Abstract:TheDuanshicoalmineofShanxiQinheEn

7、gefromintubatingintheoldgod.Intheprojectthesystemgraphofgasdrainageandboreholeplane-sectionviewdrawingsofworkingfacesandheadingfacesweredrawn.Accordingtothelongestroadandthehardesttimeofgasdrainagecalculatetheresistanceofpipenetworkwascalculated.Thisdesignconfirmthe
