2、客房管理系统【摘要】随着计算机网络的飞速发展，Internet技术越来越广泛的应用，网络覆盖的区域不断扩大，给酒店业计算机应用带来了蓬勃发展的机遇。采用全新的计算机网络和管理系统，将成为提高酒店管理效率，改善服务水准的重要手段之一。所以城市酒店入住信息管理系统是酒店经营不可缺少的现代工具。本系统实现了一个虚拟的酒店客房管理系统。该管理系统分为管理员管理后台、工作人员管理、客户预订查询三个独立的模块。本系统为管理员提供实现了以下功能：客房管理，统计报表，会员管理，顾客管理，操作员管理；为操作人员提供了客房
3、预定添加及查询功能，客房入住，客户换房功能，客户续房，客房结账，查看帐单，修改密码等功能；为会员提供了客房预订，历史预订查询，帐单查询，修改信息等功能。通过这些功能模块的设计，基本上满足了酒店日常经营中对客房的管理、客户从预订到入住及一系统动作的流程。本系统基于B/S模式，前台采用JSP开发技术，后台使用MySQL作为数据库管理系统，开发环境是MyEclipse，服务器采用tomcat，开发出的一个基于Web技术的B/S结构的酒店管理系统。【关键词】酒店，管理系统，JSP，B/S结构DesignandI
