2、田有限公司规划设计研究院负责对《天然气凝液回收设计规范》SY/1'0077-93进行修订的。本次修订征求了有关单位对SY/t0077-93的意见,吸收了近几年来各油田天然气凝液回收装置设计、施工、生产方面的科研成果和经验。修订中对SY/T0077-93的一般规定、设备、设备及管线安装、安全等章节内容作了局部修改,补充了装置紧急停车、设计温度、放空、排液(污)、管线的管托和油气取样等有关内容。本规范由油气田及管道建设设计专业标准化委员会提出并归口。本规范从生效之日起,同时代替SY/T0077-93a本规范于1993年9月首次发布,本次为第一次修订。本规范起草单位:胜利油田有限公司规划设计研究院
