2、成为摆在每一个企业面前的重要课题。本文从分析我国纺织企业的培训体系中存在的问题入手，通过对TD集团原有员工培训体系的剖析，提出了新的设计方案。第一部分对我国纺织企业培训的重要性和其存在的问题进行了较为全面的论述；第二部分主要对TD集团的基本情况、现状及问题、原有员工培训模式及存在的问题进行了简要的剖析，并指出了员工素质和员工培训问题对该企业发展的重要影响；第三部分在前两章的基础上，结合该公司的实际情况，对TD集团的员工培训体系进行了重新设计；第四部分介绍了员工培训体系的实施保障。关键词：TD集团；员工培训体系；再设计VABSTRA
