1、超声引导下乳腺微创旋切术与开放手术在治疗乳腺良性肿块的对比研究何杰张超杰范培芝谢靖(湖南省人民医院乳甲外科湖南长沙410005）摘要：目的探讨在B超引导下行乳腺良性肿块微创旋切术与传统开放手术的疗效对比。方法回顾性分析3年来在局麻下行乳腺良性肿块手术治疗患者250例，分别采用微创旋切术（135例）和传统开放手术（115例），比较两种术式的手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、患者满意度及术后并发症的发生情况。结果微创旋切术在手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度及患者满意度上较传统手术有不可比拟的优势（P均<0.05），而在术后并发症上无明显差异（P均>0.05），所有患
