2、龄蝗蝻进行窜内生物测定。结果表明。氟虫脲与甲维盐以有效成分8:1复配对飞蝗杀虫活性最高,共毒系数达528.6,增效作用显著。以有效成分复配成2.7%混剂进行田问笼罩药效试验,2.7%氟虫脲·甲维盐速效性与持效性均优于单剂。与单剂进行差异显著性比较,具0.05的硅著性差异和0.01的显著性差异水平。防后第8天飞蝗的死亡率达96.9%,可作为替代高毒农药的优良药种。关键词:氟虫脲;甲维盐;飞蝗;室内配方筛选;毒力测定;共毒系数;差异显著性中图分类号:S481+.9文献标识码:A文章编号:1004—1389(2009)05—0088—05ToxicityDetermination
