1、网上申报操作手册一.登录系统1.1找到登录页面找到“北京地方税务综合服务管理信息系统”的登录页面有两种方式：方式一：1.登录http://www.tax861.gov.cn2.点击“办税中心”下的“纳税申报”，如上图中红色圈注所示，就找到了“北京地方税务综合服务管理信息系统”的登录页面。如下图所示：he"governingforthepeople","Nomattertheinterestsofthemasses"conceptunderstandingisnotinplace.Thespecificworktreatswit

3、理信息系统”也有两种方式：用户名方式和CA证书方式，纳税人只能选择使用其中的一种方式进行系统登录。登录方式的切换是由主管税务机关完成的，如果纳税人需要切换登录方式，必须去主管税务机关办理相应的手续。用户名方式登录系统：1.在“用户名方式”一栏中输入用户标识和密码。用户标识就是纳税人的地税计算机代码，也就是征收管理码，共8位；7位计算机代码的用户请在代码后加数字0补充到8位；初始密码是税务机关给定的，纳税人在登录系统后可以自行修改。2.点击其下方的“登录”按钮，就可以以用户名方式登录“北京地方税务综合服务管理信息系统”了。如下图
