1、论文题目:乡村旅游与农村剩余劳动力转移的互动分析乡村旅游与农村剩余劳动力的转移的互动分析内容摘要乡村旅游的发展对于促进农村劳动力转移有着积极的效应,能够吸纳大量农村劳动力就业、增加农村居民的收入、提升农村劳动力素质。但农民自身素质、乡村旅游持续发展都会影响农村劳动力向乡村旅游的转移。在促进农村劳动力向乡村旅游的转移的过程中,要坚持本地化和政府主导的原则,通过一产带三产的模式,实现农村劳动力向乡村旅游的顺利转移,为解决农村劳动力过剩的问题提供借鉴经验,以促进农村剩余劳动力的转移。关键词:乡村旅游农村剩余劳动力劳动力转移beconsistent
