5、，依据工程建设监理合同、工程技术资料及国家有关法规，制订本细则一、工程特点二灶江桥为三跨三幅8米钢筋砼空心桥板，交角115°，桥梁全宽34米，其中机动车道宽16米，双向4车道，两侧分隔带各宽1.5米，非机动车道单幅净宽4.5米，人行道宽3米（包括外侧30厘米宽的栏杆缘石）。下部构造采用钻孔灌注桩基础，柱式桥墩、台。三灶江桥（新城河桥）位于北二环东延，中心里程K0+208.72。桥梁为13.5+3×21.04+13.5米五跨简支梁，常水位2.12，河床底标高-0.8米，上部结构采用后张法预应力空心桥板，下部结构桥墩采用桩柱式桥墩。总宽34米，其中人行道含栏杆3米，非机动车
