2、的意义[1]。本文首先分析了IDC产业的运营模式，然后对IDC市场发展的特点和现状以及存在的问题，市场竞争格局和服务商竞争态势进行进一步分析，对59互联的IDC业务进行了深入的分析，较全面地阐述了IDC业务发展的脉络和存在的问题。并在以上论述的基础上提出了处于宽带产业核心地位的IDC运营商的战略定位和市场策略，对59互联的IDC业务进行了产品策略、价格策略、分销策略、服务策略等方面的分析。最后对IDC产业的发展进行了进一步的思考，预测了我国IDC产业发展趋势，对59互联的IDC业务发展提出建议。关键词：IDC,营销策略,竞争态势,业务环境III中原工
