2、督和行政管理活动的重要组成部分。行政监督体制对于行政管理活动的正常运行，实现行政管理法制化，以及维护党的方针、政策和国家的法律、法规的正确贯彻实施，促进政府机关及其工作人员勤政廉政，提高行政效能以及保障行政相对人的合法权益，有着重要的作用。我国现行的行政监督体制经过长期发展已逐渐完善。但是，由于各种原因，目前我国行政监督体制仍存在一些问题，使其积极作用没能得到充分发挥。因此，我们需要针对问题提出完善的对策，使其发挥更积极的作用，为我国构建高效、权威的行政监督体制奠定坚实的基础。Abstract:administrativesupervisionisthemodernpublicadm
