7、要进行现状图测绘。2、测区范围共青城市翰林世家小区，北靠文化街，南邻规划路，东至文化街。本次测区范围为共青城市规划局批准的翰林世家规划建设用地红线范围内整个小区。3、测量内容本次竣工验收内容包括：建设用地范围、建筑物、构筑物、绿地、道路等的平面位置、尺寸、标高、面积；建筑性质、建筑层数及每层面积、建筑物退让界线、道路红线、绿线、高压走廊、建筑间距、围墙长度和高度；出入口、停车场、公共场所、公用设施位置及面积。二、技术设计执行情况1、政策依据1.1《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》；1.2《江西省城乡规划条例》；otherstaffoftheCentre.Du
