1、海洋来源细菌CB101抗肿瘤活性次级代谢产物的初步研究蔡生新1,李德海1,朱天骄1,王凤平2,肖湘2,顾谦群1*(1.教育部海洋药物重点实验室,中国海洋大学医药学院,青岛,266003;2.海洋生物遗传重点实验室,国家海洋局第三海洋研究所,厦门)摘要:目的阐明海洋来源细菌CB101(Aeromonassp.)的化学成分及其抗肿瘤活性。方法对海洋来源细菌CB101(Aeromonassp.)的总提取物采取硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱及半制备HPLC等分离手段进行活性追踪分离,通过理化性质及波谱学手段进行化学结构鉴定,以SRB及MTT法评价化合物的抗肿瘤活性。结果与结论从海洋来源细菌C
2、B101(Aeromonassp.)的发酵产物中共分离得到9个吲哚衍生物类化合物(1-9),其化学结构分别鉴定为4-[bis-(3-indolyl)methyl]quinoline(1),2,2-bis(3-indolyl)ethyl-butyrate(2),4-(3-indolyl)hexan-2-one(3),吲哚(4),trisindoline(5),indole-3-ethanol(6),2,2-di(3-indolyl)-3-indolone(7),2-[2,2-bis(1H-indol-3-yl)-ethyl]phenylamine(8),1,1,1-tris(3
