1、湖北省新农合操作指南本期全省新农合专网接入用户将主要采取本地2MADSL专线方式，同时电信公司可向各级定点医疗机构提供组合型接入方案（新农合拨号专线、专网光纤接入方式、CDMA无线专线等），解决医院同一台电脑需同时访问局域网HIS和专网、交互数据流量大、有线宽带暂无法覆盖等问题。专网光纤接入方式适用数据流量较大的大型局域网，解决单位内部同一台电脑需同时访问局域网HIS和专网问题。采用如下图的接入方式：新农合拨号专线用户安装有ADSL拨号线路，使用电信分配的互联网帐号和密码，能够正常拨号上网。用户要求在同一条线路上新增拨号接入新农合专网功能，互联网和
