1、摘要伴随着时代的成长，如今城市不断扩张，新旧城市更新交替。城市更新交替中并不是所有的土地都能够被合理的规划利用，导致城市内部结构的混乱。新城与老城之间形成强烈的时代感，与界限感。这时不能被充分规划的地块称之为，城市剩余空间。城市空间之间一直处于相互矛盾的状态。这种矛盾大至旧工厂，小至微地块，根据这种矛盾，本论文尝试将对其进行探索和分析，发掘城市中剩余空间进行合理利用的深层意义。在多种形式作用的建筑组群,难免会产生不同形式的空间浪费,城市逐渐从工业化、城镇化转入一个新的生态文明发展阶段，城市剩余空间在产业布局与产业结构中逐步调整、优化、完善。面对这种城市特征，进行不同
2、的方案深度剖析。总结整合与重塑的设计手段与方法，这将是今后城市剩余空间在景观规划中的整合与重塑的着重点。剩余空间的改造与重塑，不同于其他的老旧厂房改造，它更强调的是一种无中生有。与此同时，生态、绿色、自然的设计手段已经登堂入室，从原有的辅助参与，但如今的核心设计理念。这些被忽略掉的局部该如何处理？这都应该是我们慎重考虑，规划更新的，恰到好处的合理利用才是设计师的天职。关键词：剩余空间；景观规划；整合重塑；城市设计AbstractWiththegrowthofthetimes,citiesareconstantlyexpandingandtheoldandnewcit
