2、济圈的联结部，在经济政策、自然资源、劳动力等方面均有着优势。其中，越南、老挝、缅甸和中国交界，边界通道和港口繁密，发展贸易有着特有的地缘优势及文化渊源优势。2016年，东盟新四国（CLMV）受到投资者越来越多的关注，现如今，中国-东盟自由贸易区的各方面建设日益完善，大湄公河次区域合作开展的如火如荼，中国与东盟新四国的往来日益频繁，尤其是经贸合作方面更是突飞猛进，东盟新四国在中国对外直接投资中所占份额越来越重。本文通过中国对东盟新四国直接投资额与双方贸易之间的实证分析得出，中国对东盟新四国的直接投资对中国与新四国之间的进出口都有显著的促进作用，尤其是扩大

3、了中国的出口贸易，中国对新四国直接投资增加1%，中国的出口将增加0.6350%。与老六国相比，经济水平不发达的东盟新四国出口和进口创造效应均高于老六国，并在此基础上提出了有针对性的对策建议。关键词：中国；东盟新四国；对外直接投资；贸易效应IAbstractNearly30yearsaftertheestablishmentofASEAN,Cambodia,Myanmar,LaosandVietnamjoinedthefourcountries.TheNewFourthStatesarealllocatedinthejunctionoftheSouthe

5、agesintradedevelopment.In2016,theASEANNewFourthStates(CLMV)receivedmoreandmoreattentionfrominvestors.WiththeaccelerationoftheconstructionofChina-ASEANFreeTradeAreaandthepromotionofcooperationintheGreaterMekongSubregion,ChinahasenjoyedfrequentexchangeswiththeNewFourthStates.Withr

6、apideconomiccooperation,thenewfourcountrieshaveenjoyedincreasingstatusinChina'sforeigndirectinvestment.ThroughtheempiricalanalysisofChina'sdirectinvestmentbetweenNewFourthStatesandthebilateraltrade,itisconcludedthatChina'sdirectinvestmentintheNewFourthStatecansignificantlypromot
