1、加味酸枣仁汤对肝郁小鼠的镇静催眠作用作者：张东坡，刘必旺，赵换，史丽霞【摘要】目的：观察加味酸枣仁汤对肝郁小鼠的镇静催眠作用。方法：300只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、加味酸枣仁汤大中小剂量组、安定组6组，每组50只。①小鼠自发活动实验：记录给药30min后小鼠2min内的自发活动次数；②阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠实验：采用30mg/kg戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠，记录戊巴比妥钠注射后15min内小鼠翻正反射消失达1min以上的鼠数；③阈上剂量戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠实验：采用50mg/kg戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠，记录小鼠入睡潜伏期

2、和睡眠时间。结果：加味酸枣仁汤能明显减少肝郁小鼠自主活动次数，增加阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠致肝郁小鼠睡眠只数，缩短阈上剂量戊巴比妥钠致肝郁小鼠入睡潜伏期，延长睡眠时间。结论：加味酸枣仁汤对肝郁小鼠有明显的镇静、催眠作用。【关键词】加味酸枣仁汤；镇静；催眠AbstractObjective：TomakeapreliminarystudyonthesedativeandhypnoticeffectsofJiaweiSuanzaorendecoctiontohepaticQidisordermodelmice.Methods：300micewer

7、on，sedation，hypnosis失眠直接影响人们的生活、工作和学习，据有关资料报道失眠主要由情志因素导致。《本草纲目》记载“人卧则血归于肝，今血不静，卧不归肝，故惊悸而不得眠也。”3近年来我们采用加味酸枣汤治疗失眠，疗效显著。兹将加味酸枣仁汤对肝郁小鼠的镇静、催眠作用的实验研究报道如下。1材料与方法1.1实验材料1.1.1实验动物昆明种小鼠，雌雄各半，体重（26±2）g，中国辐射防护研究院实验动物室提供，动物合格证号：01-3001。1.1.2药物与仪器加味酸枣仁汤，药物组成：酸枣仁、茯苓、川芎、知母、甘草、柴胡、白芍等，购于

8、太原市并州路万民药店，经山西中医学院中药系牛燕珍老师鉴定；戊巴比妥钠，SERVA产品，上海行知化工厂分装，批号060521；安定片，太原三晋制药厂，批号051207；ZZ-6小鼠自主活动测试仪，成都泰盟科技有限公司研制。
