5、ctingflangeisdesigned.Byanalyzingthesensitivityofthesystem,thestepvolumeoftheknifeedgeissetto10μm.4.ThefiniteelementanalysisofcollimatinglensisanalyzedbyANSYS.TheresultshowsthattheRMSofthemirrordeformationislessthanλ/10.Thedesignsatisfiedtherequirements.Theex
