2、术研究上，缺少有关家庭暴力实证调查的数据，有关家庭暴力的论文和著述也不多见。而在实践中，随着人们思想观念的变化和社会的变迁，隐藏在家庭中的暴力犯罪逐渐显露出来，有关家庭暴力事件的报道日益频繁。这种状况不仅要求决策部门能够重视这一问题，更要求学术界能研究并提供家庭暴力的标准，通过实证的调查，分析家庭暴力的原因，提出相应的预防对策，为立法机构制定和完善有关家庭暴力犯罪的法律提供理论上的依据。基于此，笔者就此问题展开论述，以期抛砖引玉，希望更多的学者能够关注中国的家庭暴力问题。关键词：家庭暴力危害成因对策Abst
