5、得分结果汇总二、为了保证测评的客观性、公正性和有效性，测评工作应遵循以下操作流程：合成基本指标状态值听取汇报结果汇总网络调查结果汇总合成特色指标分值材料审核问卷调查整体观察三、测评组在完成实地考察后，先共同完成听取汇报的测评，然后分成两个小组，分别负责材料审核及网络调查、问卷调查工作。材料审核、实地考察、问卷调查、听取汇报和网络调查的具体操作办法分别见相应的说明。四、测评组在进行实地考察、问卷调查等项测评工作的同时，还应对城市形象进行整体观察，经集体讨论，共同确定申报城市整体形象的分值。五、两个小组完成各自的工作后，通过全国文明城市测评数据处理系统的网络软件将结果输入电脑，
