1、88.1%,在乳腺癌中的表达与腋窝淋巴结的转移情况、肿瘤大小、病理类型和组织学分级无关(P均>0.05);BRCA1在乳腺纤维腺瘤中的阳性表达率86.7%,在乳腺癌中的阳性表达率52.4%,乳腺癌中腋窝有淋巴结转移的表达率明显低于无淋巴结转移的表达率(P<0.05),并随着肿瘤分级的升高有逐渐下降趋势,其中Ⅰ级和Ⅲ级、Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级间的差异显著(P<0.05),Ⅰ级与Ⅱ级间无差异(P=0.075),BRCA1的表达与肿瘤的组织学类型、肿块大小无关(均P>0.05);IGF1R和BRCA1在乳腺癌中的表

5、eastcancer.MutationoftheBRCA1genehasbeendemonstratedin80%offamilialbreastcancer.AlthoughsomaticmutationoftheBRCA1genearerareinsporadicbreastcancers,ahighincidenceofreducedtheexpressionofBRCA1proteininsporadicbreastcancershasbeendemonstrated.This,intur
