1、广西大学本科论文含固相淀粉反相乳液体系稳定性能研究摘要淀粉是一类重要的天然高分子,淀粉接枝共聚物被誉为第三代变性淀粉,在吸水剂、絮凝剂、可降解塑料和医药制剂方面有广泛的应用。淀粉的接枝共聚物是一类新型的高分子材料,在实际应用中具有优异的性能。反相乳液聚合方法具有聚合率高,反应比较温和,副反应少等优点。反相乳液聚合的关键是寻找高效,廉价和条件温和的乳液体系,提高乳液的稳定性。而其中乳液的稳定性对聚合反应影响最大,本课题主要是探讨各种因素对乳液稳定性的影响,制备廉价,稳定性高的乳液。寻找淀粉反相乳液的最佳制备条件,提
2、高乳液的稳定性,从而提高乳液的聚合率和聚合效率。本文选用原玉米为原料,石蜡为分散介质,Span80和Tween80复配作为乳化剂体系,考查了乳化剂种类、乳化剂HLB值、乳化剂量、淀粉乳浓度、单体浓度及油水比对淀粉反相乳液稳定性的影响,并结合电导率法和稀释法来判断液的类型。实验结果显示:原玉米淀粉形成稳定反相乳液的适宜工艺条件是:HLB=5.37~6.44、乳化剂质量分数5%~6%、V(油):V(水)=1.4:1、单体浓度为16%。淀粉乳浓度为12%。关键词:淀粉反相乳液稳定性21广西大学本科论文含固相淀粉反相乳液
