2、在一系列政策推动后，已初见成效。但是疏解北京非首都功能，提高三地之间的产业协作能力，优化区域产业空间布局，仍需要进一步探索。因此，有必要对目前京津冀区域产业结构优化升级的效果，进行更全面更科学地测度。本文以区域产业协同和产业结构相关理论为指导，通过细分产业、可持续发展、产业协同三大视角对京津冀区域产业结构优化升级效果进行实证分析。首先从细分产业视角，采用修正的产业结构超前值和就业份额偏离度方法，对京津冀各地区的行业发展情况和就业情况进行分析。其次，结合可持续发展理念，设计多指标评价体系，用熵值法赋予合适的权重，对可持续发展视角下区域产业
3、结构优化升级的效果进行测度。最后，从产业协同视角，运用偏离份额法、产业结构性相似性系数和产业分工指数，以及空间引力模型测度京津冀区域的产业分工与合作情况。本文研究结果表明，京津冀区域目前产业结构整体得到优化，但仍存在一些问题：河北省许多行业的发展仍处在劣势，各地区产业竞争力弱，整体产业结构总得分与京津两地也差距较大；京津两地产业结构辐射范围小，京津冀区域产业同构现象较为突出，不利于三地间的产业协同发展。关键词：产业协同；产业结构；优化升级；效果测度IAbstractThecoordinateddevelopmentofBeijing,T
