7、道、心、肺、乳腺及上肢等）；关主中焦（包含胃、脾、肝、胆、胰腺、十二指肠、空肠、回肠）尺主下焦（肾、膀胱、子宫及附件、生殖器、下肢）第二讲：切脉当明切之何物或问：切脉切的不是桡动脉？答曰：此知其一，不知其二。如若只是认为所切之脉为桡动脉，则终身被脉象困扰（仅一根血管的一段，如何能判定全身疾病？），也会受西医的理论左右，对自己切脉之结果毫无信心。要明此理，得详而论之。心主血脉，众所知也，血液的运行依靠心之鼓动，心乃血行之源动力，心之无力，血行自然缓慢；心力亢盛，血行自然顺畅，此理浅显而自然。肺主气，也
8、是众所知也，气的运行依靠肺之开阖，肺乃气行之源动力，肺虚开阖无力，气行自然缓慢，肺之开阖强盛，气行自然顺通，此理虽浅，而识之人不多。寸口为手太阴肺经循行之所（《灵枢·经脉》....下廉，入寸口，上鱼，循鱼际.....）；桡动脉也正好从此走行，两者相并而行，切脉取寸口，其实切的是肺经与桡动脉合并之处。或问：肺为气之源动力何以为凭?答曰：《内经》：“一呼一吸，四至为息”。此以呼吸定心之动率。“一呼气行三寸，一吸气行三寸，呼吸既定，脉气行去六寸。以一万三千五百息算之，共得八
