1、海丰县中医医院影像科紧急意外抢救预案为确保影像科室医疗服务过程中发生的紧急意外事件能够得到及时、有效的救治，确保患者生命安全，特制定紧急意外应急抢救预案。影像科与临床科室紧急抢救与支援工作要遵循“以病人为中心”的服务宗旨，坚持“救死扶伤”精神，以诊疗规范、常规为准绳，设法抢救，确保患者生命安全。一、各临床科急危重病人，需病情相对稳定后由送检科室医生陪同检查，如在本科室检查时出现病情变化加重，必须就地抢救，配合临床医生迅速应急处理，同时通知相关科室人员到场参加抢救，同时汇报科主任，特殊情况应及时报告医务科，并做好相关

2、记录。急危重症病人如下：⒈急性脑外伤，四肢外伤及复合外伤者；⒉急性脑血管病，各种不明原因昏迷患者；⒊脑内压增高，疑颅内占位性病变，有生命危险者；⒋急症小儿肠套叠，肠梗阻，肠穿孔等急腹症；⒌各种失血患者和严重过敏性休克；⒍危重病人和抢救病人床边拍片。二、造影剂毒副反应应急抢救预案与流程注射造影剂后病人出现BM出现毒副反应，检查操作员立即按紧急停机按钮停止检查，退出病人；放射科医生根据具体情况进行相应的处理程序：轻度反应由科室自行处理或必要时呼叫临床支援；中度及重度反应在放射科按造影剂毒副反应处理措施方案先行抢救的同时
