6、需要被拆迁，这对促进经济发展和城镇化进程具有重要的意义。然而随着城市规模的不断扩大和公民法律意识的提高，拆迁、安置、补偿等涉及群众利益的问题越来越多的被暴露出来，征地拆迁现已成为政府和人民群众关注的焦点，也成了亟需解决的问题。对城镇化认识不清，征地拆迁主体不明，政府官员与开发商勾结，相关法律法规不健全，导致城镇化进程中出现暴力强拆，人民对政府失去信心，削弱了政府权威，因此，政府官员要树立正确的业绩观，完善相关的地方性法规，促进依法行政，妥善处理征地拆迁遗留问题，坚持执法为民，妥善处理征地拆迁信访问题，及时化解矛
