4、edfatal,whennightcame我局优质服务年活动开展以来，西楼站高度重视，全站上下把提供安全文明的渠首供水服务作为共同努力的目标，不断优化服务意识、强化服务观念、提高服务能力，取得了较好效果。渠首测流是管理局水量计量的一杆大秤，出不得丝毫差错。在以往的流量计测环节中，经常出现不和谐的音符。为此，他们将精确测流、提高渠首水量与落实量的对口率作为落实优质服务年活动、提供安全和谐的渠首供水服务的一项主要任务。站上明确由副站长陆德华负责测流工作。在实际工作中，他同其它测流人员一起，从测流设备及测流技术上不断摸索和钻研论证，极大地提升了整体测流水平。同时，
5、他们还结合实际制定出西楼站《测流管理工作细则》，使渠首测流工作更趋合理化、规范化。西楼站机电运行班每班四至五人，在长期工作中，开停机操作形成了一种不成文的固定模式：一接到开停机指令，提落闸门、抽真空、高压室操作等一直由同一个人承担，不利于职工综合操作能力的提高。结合优质服务年活动，他们对全站机电运行职工岗位进行大轮换，即定期互相轮换岗位，使得每一名职工有同等的机会熟练各项操作，从而使整体技能全面提升，为供水生产服务提供强有力的技术保证。同时，他们还结合优质服务年活动，制定出全站职工理论学习和实践操作培训计划及复习大纲，下发到每名职工手中，供大家日常学习，拟定
