7、ractThisprojectfocusesoncomparingtheresultsoftwosurveysconductedone‐bookusabilityatcollegeanduniversitylibrariesacrossthestateofFlorida.ThefirstsurveywascarriedoutbylibrariansfromtheUniversityofFloridain2009andprovidedbenchmarkresponsesforsimilarquestionsask
8、edinafollow‐upsurveycompletedin2014.Resultsofthetwosurveysconductedfiveyearsapartareanenlighteningsnapshotofuserfeedbackone‐bookusability,whileprovidinginsightonkeyissuesandtrendsine‐bookuse.Ina
