1、资阳市林业局分解下达民生工程目标　　根据省林业厅和市政府的统一部署，近日，资阳市林业局分解下达2015年"民生工程"目标任务，进一步落实责任，细化指标。　　具体目标。实施国有林管护1.99亩，其中雁江0.45万亩、简阳0.69万亩、安岳0.84万亩、乐至0.01万亩。巩固退耕还林成果44万亩，其中雁江6.9万亩、简阳11.8万亩、安岳14.2万亩、乐至11.1万亩，巩固率均达100%。补偿集体公益林98.73万亩，其中雁江13.67万亩、简阳16.64万亩、安岳42.35万亩、乐至26.07万亩。　　保障措施。实行目标管理，作为林业系统年度综合考核专项。严管项目资金，严禁挤占、挪用涉林民
