1、JAVA方向岗位职责协助项目组长、项目经理、设计师进行相关的辅助设计及其他辅助性工作，负责本组项目部署及维护工作，负责系统核心代码的开发工作，参与项目技术方案的制定工作，负责指导初、中级工程师的技术问题，配合测试部门进行测试，可担任项目组长责任。计算机相关专业本科以上，三年以上java的开发经验，熟悉软件项目开发过程，较强的系统设计能力，能够带领普通程序员进行开发，精通JavaBean、Servlet、JSP、JDBC等J2EE技术，精通Html、XML、javascript、AJAX，精通struts、Spring、Hibernate框架,熟悉J2EE、JSF
